GoForth Institute Announces Additional Dates for Calgary Entrepreneurial Education Programs to Fill Demand
- Inaugural education sessions filled to capacity -

CALGARY, January 13, 2010 - Class is officially underway for several Calgary-based early-stage entrepreneurs who started their year enhancing business skills and improving their odds for success. GoForth Institute, Canada's first national solution for entrepreneurial education, kicked off its first round of education sessions in Calgary today, full to capacity and having to quickly plan its next round of session dates to meet demand.

This four-hour course is ideal for young adults, mid-career switchers, retirees, moms-at-home, or anyone interested in learning about what it takes to succeed in small business. The course covers self-assessment exercises, learning to evaluate small business ideas and to develop a business model - a blue print for success and the precursor to writing a business plan - on paper. The course also benefits those who have a business idea but aren't sure if it could become a great business.

This 30-hour course teaches entrepreneurs GoForth Institute's 100 Essential Small Business Skills™. The course is designed for people of all ages and abilities who want to improve their odds of success at entrepreneurship.

Tuesday evenings, 6:15pm-9:15pm, Alastair Ross Technology Centre
This 30-hour course covers GoForth Institute's 100 Essential Small Business Skills in the context of women-owned businesses, taught by a successful female entrepreneur. A great opportunity to network with other women in business.
