Nathalie has built numerous businesses and supported leaders to use more of their talents, skills and strengths to achieve their goals.

Previously, she was CEO of BookSmart Business Solutions and held leadership roles in the NSW Department of Family and Community Services, both in Australia. In Canada she is a Board Trustee for PAL Vancouver, and Global Head of Operations for Trebuchet Pivot.
