Business Law

  • How do you enforce a contract if the other party isn't adhering to the terms?

Claudius du Plooy

Business Law

If one party to a signed contract fails to abide by the terms agreed to in the contract, consult your attorney. It is a matter of the law and will therefore be dealt with in court. The court will determine how to settle the issue and you will be compensated accordingly. You will also have the right to cancel the contract.
