People Management

  • If employees choose not to opt for benefits, does the business have to reimburse them?

Dawn McCooey

People Management

It is rare that a company would reimburse an employee for this. Most of the time they either pay the deduction for benefits or they don't. It's up to you to decide whether or not you want to do that but it's not expected of you by law.
