Home-based Business
- What is a good work from home program? Is multi-level marketing a good way to become self-employed?

Home-based BusinessNetwork marketing can be a great way for a person to get into business for themselves, especially if you don't mind starting the learning process and business building process at the same time. Remember that in multi-level marketing, the company makes and supplies the goods, and pays you a fee for the network of customers you develop.
You will be successful by building a large customer base, and building a network of distributors (this means signing up more people to work with the company). Take your time to research the company and the products, and be sure your sponsor (the person you sign up through) knows what they are doing and is willing to give you all the help and training they need.
Finally, consider your communication style and comfort zones in networking. Will you feel comfortable presenting the product to your family and friends? How big is your network, and how receptive are they to being sold to by a social contact? Are you willing to go to trade shows and other events to develop new, cold contacts, and to consistently do follow up? Are you willing to pay some money up front for marketing opportunities, sample product, coffee sales dates, and so on?
If you are naturally outgoing and know of a company whose products you love then multi-level marketing might be a great home based business option for you.
