- Can I measure my customers level of satisfaction?

Rob Campbell
Advertising and PR | Marketing & Social MediaTry a few different methods including customer satisfaction surveys and measuring Net Promoter Score (a measure of how many of your customers would be willing to recommend your product to a friend). I've also done the less measurable tactic called - "talk to as many customers as you can and check your gut" which has obvious problems.I like the question the survey.io guys use which is "How disappointed would you be if this product/service went away?" The goal is you should have about half of your customers saying they were be "very disappointed."The other direct way to measure satisfaction is looking at churn or renewal rates (obviously).
