Registration Policy All GoForth Institute courses have limited student capacity and may be full if you delay registration. If the course and time you want is unavailable, contact us and we will put your name on a wait list for that course. We will notify you if space becomes available and registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Payment Policy GoForth Institute accepts registration payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept cash payments or personal cheques. Payment is required in full at time of registration. Student Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your registration, GoForth Institute will refund your course fee to your credit card, or we can credit your payment toward a future GoForth Institute course. You must cancel your registration at least two weeks before the start of your course for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 14 days prior to the course will be subject to a 15% cancellation administration charge. The balance of fees will be credited to a future course. If the student does not attend the course without providing written notice (no show) all registration fees will be forfeited. If a student wishes to cancel registration during the course, all registration fees will be forfeited. All cancellations must be received in writing to admin@goforthinstitute.com. All cancellations requested will be confirmed with an email reply. If you do not receive an email reply to your cancellation request, please contact us by calling: Office: 403 242-2546, or toll free: 1 887 345-2546 (9:00am - 5:00pm, MST) GoForth Institute Course Cancellation Policy GoForth Institute reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrolment. If we need to cancel a course, we will advise you at least one week before the course start date. If we need to cancel a course, we will refund your money, or apply your credit to a future GoForth Institute course. We will make every effort to notify you of a cancellation prior to the course start date. Please make sure to keep your contact information up to date.
