Business Law

Am I able to use recipes I've found online on my own website without risking a copyright infringement?

Any time you include someone else's material/content to attract people to your site or to include in the content of your site, you must ask their permission. If you choose not to, then you run the risk of infringing on copyright laws.

The best suggestion would be to ask the original recipe creators if you can duplicate their material. Some will agree and others may not but be prepared to provide some form of acknowledgement or perhaps even compensation for the use of their recipes.
